My new novel is here — and just 99 cents! "An action-packed urban fantasy you have to read!"

A Storm Is Coming...

After more than two years of work, my new novel Riders on the Storm is here. I'm thrilled to finally share it with you, and to celebrate its release, it's just 99 cents for a LIMITED launch window.

That's right. 99 cents. I'd say "cheaper than a cup of coffee," but it's way cheaper than that. Plus it will last a hell of a lot longer.

It's got action, adventure, mystery, suspense, a heist gone wrong, a stagecoach robbery and so much more. Jules Castle is one of my favorite protagonists to date. She's skilled, funny and doesn't always do the right thing. But it's always a blast to see what she'll do next.  I hope you'll give her a shot — and I hope you love the book as much as I did creating it.

You can buy it here for Kindle U.S. Or you can buy it for U.K. Kindle here. Hurry! This 99 cent deal will NOT last long.

Once you're finished, I would greatly appreciate your honest review. You can leave one by going to this link here.

Dakota Territory, 1883: A land of violence, lawlessness — and vicious monsters.

Jules Castle can outsmart, outgun, and outrun any bandit in the Old West. But will her legendary skills be enough to save her father?

Three years ago, Jules' outlaw father vanished during a mysterious mission. Since then, she's kept up the family business — robbing banks and chasing clues to his whereabouts across the Territory. Unfortunately, his trail sets her right in the path of supernatural, hard-to-kill creatures known as Vipers, whose bite will transform anyone into one of their kind.

Jules is determined to save her father, no matter the peril or cost. With the help of a bounty hunter and her adopted sister Miranda, she will have to pull off an impossible rescue. Hounded by former members of her father's gang, hunted by a U.S. Army posse, and pursued by Vipers, Jules' chances are slim. Can she beat the odds one last time?

A storm is coming! New novel released NEXT WEEK!

After two long years, I’m excited to announce the pending release of my new novel, Riders on the Storm, arriving next week on Tuesday, May 21st.

I’m fired up to share this novel with you. This is the most fun I’ve ever had writing a book, and when you take a look at the setup, you’ll see why.

But first, take a gander at the gorgeous cover below. This may well be my favorite cover for any of my novels because it sums up so much about the character and plot in a single image:
As you might be able to tell from the cover, the year is 1883. The place is the Dakota Territory.

Yep, I wrote a western — with a twist. It has all the elements of a western — stalwart heroes, scheming villains, six shooters and stage coach robberies — but with monsters added to the mix. They’re called Vipers, and trust me, you don’t ever want to meet them. They arrive on the back of massive, black storm clouds, and if they so much as scratch you, you become one of them.

And there’s just one woman standing in their way.

Meet Jules Castle. She’s a hustler, thief and con artist extraordinaire, the daughter of a notorious outlaw who has taught her everything he knows. She can outshoot, outsmart and outrun anyone in the Old West. But she’s never faced a challenge like this before.

Her father has mysteriously vanished, and only she can save him. But she’s already under the gun, chased by her father’s former gang, a U.S. army posse and Vipers. She’ll need all her legendary skills to come out on top. Her chances are slim, but can she beat the odds one last time?

I had a blast writing this, and I think you’ll have just as much fun reading it. I can’t wait to share it with you. And you don’t have long to go. In less than a week, it’ll be here.

So strap on your boots, get your holster on and your six shooters ready. It’s time to go back to the Old West.
